IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN ANTI KORUPSI DI SMP NEGERI 10 YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) implementasi kebijakan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi di SMP N 10 Yogyakarta, 2) faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi di SMP N 10 Yogyakarta,
(a) Kegiatan penunjang: sosialisasi, kantin kejujuran, pembiasaan-pembiasaan, (b) Nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan dalam pendidikan anti korupsi diantaranya kejujuran, kepedulian, kemandirian, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, sederhana, keberanian, dan keadilan, c) Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi di SMP N 10 Yogyakarta, dilihat dari beberapa aspek: (1) Komunikasi, dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pembiasaan-pembiasaan, (2) Agen pelaksana kebijakan yaitu semua stakeholder di sekolah serta kerja sama dengan Kejaksaan, tersedia sarana prasarana, tersedia sumber anggaran dari sekolah, (3) Disposisi, warga sekolah responsif dan memberikan dukungan, (4) Struktur Birokrasi melekat pada tupoksi dalam struktur organisasi sekolah. 2) Faktor Pendukung: (a) adanya partisipasi dan dukungan warga sekolah, (b) sarana dan prasarana mendukung,
(c) tersedianya dana sekolah. 3) Faktor penghambat: (a) kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terkait pendidikan anti korupsi, (b) kurangnya sarana sosialisasi tertulis, (c) buku-buku mengenai pendidikan anti korupsi masih terbatas, (d) belum ada struktur birokrasi tersendiri terkait pendidikan anti korupsi.

Abstract
This research aimed to described: 1 the implementation of Anti-Corruption education policy in Junior High School 10 Yogyakarta, 2) the supporting and inhibiting factors. This descriptive research used qualitative approach. The research subjects is the principal, teachers, and student. The data were collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, display of data, and making conclusions. Sources and techinque triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data. The result of this research showed: 1) The implementation of Anti-Corruption education policy in Junior High School 10 Yogyakarta, (a) Support activities: socialization, self-transaction canteen, habituations, (b) The values developed in anti- corruption education including Honesty, Care, Independently, Discipline, Responsibility, Hard Work, Humble, Courage, and justice, c) The implementation of Anti-Corruption education policy in Junior High School 10 Yogyakarta, which have several aspects: (1) Communication, conducted through socialization and habituations, (2) The policy implementation agents is all the stakeholders in the school and cooperation with the prosecutor, infrastructures are available, budgetary resources are available, (3) Disposition, the school citizen are responsive and provide support, (4) The bureaucratic structure is inherent in the main tasks and functions in the organizational structure of the school. 2) Supporting factors: (a) participation and support of school citizen, (b) infrastructures are sufficient,
(c) the sources of funds available. 3) Inhibiting factors: (a) lack of understanding of students about anti-corruption education, (b) lack of facilities for written socialization, (c) books on anti-corruption education are still limited (d) there is no separate bureaucratic structure regarding anti-corruption education.
