DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED DATA COLLECTION AND MEMBERS ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract
This research aims to (1) develop web-based data collection and members assessment information
system at LPM Ekspresi; (2) determine the quality of the web-based data collection and assessment members
information system. It was developed based on WebQEM method including functionality, usability, reliability,
and efficiency. The method of this research is Research and Development (R & D) consisting of four stages
based on the waterfall development model, i.e., requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing
phase. The results of this research are: (1) the system was developed through several processes of software
development, i.e., requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing phase; (2) In the aspect of
functionality, these systems get value functionality is 1 (good). In the aspect of usability, this system gained a
percentage of 80.2% (strongly agree) and alpha Cronbach 0.828 (good). In the aspect of reliability, the system
gained 95.6% result (accepted). While on the efficiency aspect, the system gained 98.5% (very high) using
YSlow and 87.2% (high) using Pagespeed Insight.
