EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN FLIPPED CLASSROOM MENGGUNAKAN LMS MOODLE DALAM MENINGKATKAN HIGH ORDER THINKING SKILLS (HOTS) PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN ADMINISTRASI SISTEM JARINGAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 PENGASIH KULON PROGO

Abstract


SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih is one of the schools in Kulon Progo that has a computer network engineering
major with complete and adequate facilities to support the learning process, but this condition is not in line with
the students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Based on this, research was carried out with the following
objectives: (1) Developing a Flipped Classroom learning model using LMS Moodle in the subject of Network
System Administration at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo (2) Knowing the effectiveness of the Flipped
Classroom learning model using LMS Moodle in improving level thinking skills high on the subject of Network
System Administration class XII TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. The method used in this research is Research and
Development for Education (R&D for Education). The development model used in this research is ADDIE
(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Sources of research data based on
observations, questionnaires, and test instruments. The research subjects were students of class XII TKJ of SMK
Negeri 2 Pengasih as data respondents for Pretest, Posttest, and Beta Testing evaluators, then the object of this
research was the Flipped Classroom learning model using LMS Moodle in improving the HOTS ability of class
XII students of TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo. The results showed that: (1) The Flipped Classroom
learning model using LMS Moodle was quite effective in improving the HOTS ability of students in ASJ subjects
(2) the results of the feasibility evaluation received a percentage of 88% from media experts, 89% from material
experts, and 76, 2% (Good) based on beta testing of students. (3) Based on the different test, there are
differences in HOTS abilities between before and after the implementation of the Flipped Classroom
implementation using the Moodle LMS.
