PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP OCCUPATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA PERAWAT RSUI YAKSSI GEMOLONG

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap occupational commitment pada perawat RSUI Yakssi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex- post facto. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 80 perawat RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala beban kerja dan skala occupational commitment. Uji Validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan uji expert judgement. Uji reliabilitas instrumen dihitung dengan rumus Alpha Cronhbach dengan perolehan nilai reliabilitas affective commitment adalah sebesar 0,785, continuance commitment sebesar 0,797, normative commitment sebesar 0,853 dan beban kerja sebesar 0,854. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan bahwa: (1) beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap affective commitment dengan nilai F=95.225, Sig. =,0000 , r=0,741 dan R2=0,550, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap continuance commitment dengan nilai F=121,597 , Sig.=0,0000 , r=0,762 dan R2=0,580,

(3)  beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap normative commitment dengan nilai F=144,175, Sig.= 0,0000   , r=0,806

dan R2=0,649. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi affective commitment, continuance commitment dan, normative commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on occupational commitment in YUI RSUI nurses. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of ex-post facto research. The population of the study was 80 nurses at RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. The research instrument used was the workload scale and the scale of occupational commitment. The instrument validity test uses content validity with the expert judgment test. The instrument reliability test was calculated using the Alpha Cronhbach formula with the acquisition value of affective commitment of 0.785, continuance commitment of 0.797, normative commitment of 0.853 and workload of 0.854. Hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis. The results showed that it was found that: (1) workload affected affective commitment with a value of F = 95,225, Sig. =, 0000, r = 0.741 and R2 = 0.550, (2) workload influences continuance commitment with values F = 121.597, Sig. = 0.0000, r = 0.762 and R2 = 0.580, (3) workload influences normative commitment with a value of F = 144,175, Sig. = 0,0000, r = 0,806 and R2 = 0,649. Therefore, it can be concluded that workload can affect affective commitment, continuance commitment and, normative commitment..
