PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PARAGRAF MELALUI MODEL INDUKTIF KATA BERGAMBAR BAGI SISWA TUNARUNGU KELAS IV DI SLB BC YSBPD WURYANTORO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf melalui model induktif kata
bergambar bagi siswa tunarungu kelas IV di SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri
dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi serta refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua
siklus. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah tiga siswa tunarungu kelas IV di SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara tes, observasi,dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah
teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menulis paragraf
melalui model induktif kata bergambar pada siswa tunarungu kelas IV SD. Hasil tes pra tindakan rata-rata kelas
menunjukkan hasil 44.4% kemudian meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 77,7% namun masih terdapat satu subyek
yang belum lulus kriteria. Siklus II rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 89,9%. Disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan
kemampuan menulis paragraf anak tunarungu kelas IV di SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro dapat ditingkatkan melalui
model induktif kata bergambar.

Abstract
This research aims to improve the ability of write paragraph through picture word inductive models for the
deaf students at class IV in SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro. This type of reseacrh used in this study is a classroom
action research. The design research used planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was
conducted in two cycles. Subjects in the study were three students deaf at class IV in SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro.
Data collection methods using test, observasi, and documentation. The analytical method used is quantitative
descriptive and qualitative descriptive. From the result of the research, there is an increase of write paragraph
ability using picture word inductive models in grade 4 Deaf students. The result of the pre-action test of the
average class showed the result of 44.4% and then increased in cycle I to 77,7% but there is still a subject that has
not passed the criteria. The average class II cycle increased to 89,9%. It was concluded that the improvement of
write paragraph ability of deaf students at class IV in SLB BC YSBPD Wuryantoro can be improved through
picture word inductive models.
