PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN SENI MUSIK PERKUSI PADA SISWA TUNAGRAHITA RINGAN SMPLB DI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA 2 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni musik (perkusi) pada siswa tunagrahita ringan SMPLB di Sekolah Luar Biasa N 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru musik dan dua siswa tunarahita ringan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan pembelajaran seni musik (perkusi) untuk memberikan keterampilan bermain alat musik dan aktualisasi diri siswa tunagrahita ringan. Pemilihan materi berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan siswa dan materi diajarkan secara berulang-ulang. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator dan evaluator. Pembelajaran menggunakan metode demonstrasi, simulasi dan drill/latihan. Media bantu yang digunakan yaitu alat musik keyboard. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan non-tes terhadap siswa sehingga guru mengetahui tingkat kemampuan yang telah dicapai. Terdapat faktor internal (kondisi, minat siswa) dan eksternal (sarana-prasarana, latihan rutin, hubungan guru dengan siswa, serta penyediaan waktu).

Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of musical art learning (percussion) in mild mental retardation students of SMPLB in the N 2 Special School in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive research types. The subject was a music teacher and two students mild mental retardation. Data collection techniques in include: observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the study was to provide musical skills to play and self-actualization of mild mental retardation students. The selection of material based on the level of students' abilities and material is taught repeatedly. Teachers act as facilitators, motivators and evaluators. Percussion instrument learning teacher uses the method of demonstration, simulation and drill / training. The auxiliary media used are keyboard musical instruments. Evaluation is done with test and non-test techniques for students so that the teacher knows the level of ability that has been achieved. There are internal factors (conditions, student interests) and external factors (motivation and direction from the teacher, facilities, routine training, teacher relations with students, and provision of time).
