Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program
pengembangan motorik halus pada anak autis usia 8 tahun di Pusat Pelayanan Anak
Berkebutuhan Khusus Lab. PLB FIP UNY.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif
dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang pemberi layanan program
dan seorang anak autis usia 8 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberi layanan
menyusun perencanaan berdasarkan hasil asesmen anak. Tahapan pelaksanaan program
pengembangan motorik halus dimulai dari tahap kegiatan pendahuluan yang berupa apersepsi
dan pengulangan materi, tahap kegiatan inti yang berupa demonstrasi dan penyampaian
materi, dan tahap kegiatan penutup yang berupa evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah
metode demonstrasi dan pemberian tugas. Evaluasi dilakukan secara observasi (pengamatan)
ketika subjek melakukan pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil karya subjek. Subjek anak autis
yang berusia 8 tahun mempunyai kemampuan motorik halus yang cukup baik setelah
dilakukan pembelajaran pengembangan motorik halus.
Kata kunci : anak autis, motorik halus, pelaksanaan program pengembangan motorik halus.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of fine motor
development learning in autistic children aged 8 years at the Center for Children with
Special Needs at the Special Education Laboratory of the Faculty of Education Yogyakarta
State University.This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research.
Research subjects were autistic children aged 8 years and program implementers who
followed the implementation of fine motor development learning. The results of the study
indicate that the program implementer prepares a plan based on the results of the child's
assessment. Program implementers develop and modify material according to the ability of
8-year-old children with autism. The stages of the implementation of fine motor development
learning begin from the preliminary activity stage in the form of apperception and repetition
of the material, the stage of the core activities in the form of demonstrations and delivery of
material, and the closing activities in the form of evaluation. The method used is the
demonstration method and assignment. Evaluation is carried out by observation when the
subject is learning and evaluating the work of the subject. The subjects of an 8-year-old
autistic child have fine motor skills that are quite good after learning fine motor
development.
