SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS TEMPAT OLAHRAGA DI PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA BERBASIS WEB

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk “sistem informasi geografis tempat
olahraga di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berbasis web” yang dapat digunakan pengguna
tempat olahraga dan mahamahasiswa pendatang baru agar lebih efektif mencari tempat olahraga yang
sesuai.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and Development. Langkah-langkah
penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari langkah penelitian Sugiyono yang diadaptasi menjadi 10 langkah. Uji
coba kelompok kecil dilakukan terhadap 15 mahamahasiswa, sedangkan uji coba kelompok besar
dilakukan terhadap 30 mahamahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah
lembar evaluasi, dan angket skala penilaian. Data hasil evaluasi berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif dan
kualitatif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka dari hasil angket. Data angket penilaian
berupa data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan skala linkert sehingga dapat menunjukan tingkat
kelayakan produk.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis tempat olahraga di Provinsi
Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berbasis web layak digunakan sebagai informasi tempat olahraga agar
terciptanya minat berolahraga. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari beberapa penilaian yang telah dilakukan oleh
ahli materi, ahli media dan uji coba kelompok. Hasil akhir penilaian produk oleh ahli materi
menunjukkan bahwa web informasi tempat olahraga dinyatakan “sangat setuju/efektif” dengan
persentase 96% dan hasil akhir penilaian produk oleh ahli media menunjukkan bahwa web informasi
tempat olahraga dinyatakan “setuju/efektif” dengan dengan persentase 74%. Pada hasil uji coba
kelompok kecil didapatkan hasil “sangat setuju/efektif” dengan persentase 87%, dan hasil uji coba
kelompok besar diperoleh hasil “sangat setuju/efektif” dengan persentase 91%.

A WEB-BASED GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM PRODUCT OF SPORTS
VENUES IN THE PROVINCE OF SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to produce "a web-based geographic information system product of sports
venues in the province of Special Region of Yogyakarta" that can be used by users of sports venues
and newcomers to be more effective to find suitable sports venues.
The research method used is research and development. The steps of this research are adapted
from Sugiyono's research which is divided into 10 steps. A small group trial was conducted on 15
students, while a large group trial was conducted on 30 students. The instruments used to collect data
are evaluation sheets, and assessment scale questionnaire. The results of the evaluation data are
descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data obtained in the form of numbers from the
questionnaire results. Questionnaire data in the form of quantitative data are analyzed using linkert
scale so that it can shows the level of product feasibility.
The results showed that the web-based geographic information system of sports venues in the
province of Special Region of Yogyakarta is worth to be used as a sports venue information in order to
create a sporting interest.This is showed by several assessments made by material experts, media
experts and group trials. The final result of the product assessment by the material expert shows that
the sports venues information web is "strongly agreed / effective" with 96% percentage and the final
result of the product assessment by the media expert shows that the sports venues information web is
"agreed/ effective" with 74% precentage. In the small group trial results obtained "strongly agreed /
effective" with 87% precentage, and the results of large group trials obtained the results "strongly
agreed / effective" with a percentage of 91%.
