PERSEPSI PELATIH SEPAKBOLA TERHADAP MUNDURNYA PENYELENGGARAAN KOMPETISI PENGCAB PSSI SLEMAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Kompetisi merupakan suatu acuan dimana setiap tim atau individu terlihat meningkat
dalam penampilannya, suatu kondisi yang ada pada saat ini adalah kemunduran
penyelenggaraan kompetisi yang ada di Pengcab PSSI Sleman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pelatih sepakbola terhadap mundurnya penyelenggaraan
kompetisi pengcab PSSI Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Motode yang
digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket. Subjek
dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih sepakbola dari beberapa tim yang terdaftar di Pengcab
PSSI Sleman. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam
bentuk persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi
pelatih sepakbola terhadap mundurnya penyelenggraan kompetisi Pengcab PSSI Sleman
berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 0%, kategori tinggi sebesar 60% (12 orang),
kategori rendah sebesar 30% (6 orang), kategori sangat rendah sebesar 10% (2 orang).
Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 186,30 persepsi pelatih sepakbola terhadap mundurnya
penyelenggaraan kompetisi Pengcab PSSI Sleman dalam kategori tinggi.

PERCEPTION OF FOOTBALL COACH TOWARDS THE DELAY OF
ORGANIZING THE COMPETITION OF PENGCAB (SPORT BOARD) OF PSSI
SLEMAN

Competition is a reference to any teams or individuals where they seem to increase the
performance, the existing condition is that the delay of organizing the competition of
Pengcab PSSI Sleman. The purpose of this research was to investigate the perception of
football coach towards the delay of organizing the competition of Pengcab PSSI Sleman. This
research was descriptive research. The method used was by survey with data collection
technique by using questionnaire.  The subjects in this research were football coaches of
several teams registered in Pengcab PSSI Sleman. The data were analyzed by using
descriptive analysis presented in the form percentage. The results of the research show that it
can be concluded that the the perception of football coach towards the delay of organizing
the competition of Pengcab PSSI Sleman are those who are in very high category 0%,  high
category 60% (12 coaches), low category 30% (6 coaches), very low category 10% (2
coaches). Based on the average value, ie 186.30, the perception of football coach towards the
delay of organizing the competition of Pengcab PSSI Sleman is in the high category.
