PERBEDAAN PEMAHAMAN PELATIH DAN WASIT BOLA BASKET DI DIY DALAM PERATURAN PERMAINAN BOLA BASKET

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman antara pelatih dan wasit bola
basket di DIY dalam peraturan permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif
komparatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelatih dan wasit bola basket di DIY yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik
sampling menggunakan dengan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria (1) pelatih dan wasit bola basket di
DIY, (2) pelatih dan wasit bola basket minimal mempunyai lisensi C. Berdasarkan kriteria yang memenuhi
berjumlah 24 orang, yang terdiri atas 12 orang wasit dan 12 orang pelatih. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada
perbedaan pemahaman antara pelatih dan wasit bola basket di DIY dalam peraturan permainan bola basket,

2,074, dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. (2) Pemahaman wasit lebih baik
daripada pemahaman pelatih dalam peraturan permainan bola basket, dengan selisih rata-rata nilai sebesar
5,25.

Abstract
This research aims to find out the different understanding between the basketball coaches and the referees at
the Special District of Yogyakarta in the rules of basketball games. This research is a comparative descriptive study.
The method used in this research was survey and the data collected by using questionnaires. The population in this
research was 40 people of the basketball coaches and the referees at the Special District of Yogyakarta. The sampling
technique used in this research was the purposive sampling, with the criteria (1) the basketball coaches and the
referees at Special District of Yogyakarta, (2) the basketball coaches and the referees has a minimum of C license.
Based on the criteria, there were 24 people qualify. They were consist of 12 people of coaches and 12 people of the
referees. The data analysis technique used in this research was T-test with the level of significance 5%.
The result of this research shows that: (1) there is a different understanding between the basketball coach and the
referee at Special District of Yogyakarta in the rules of basketball, with the t
