TINGKAT KESIAPAN LIFE SKILLS PEMAIN PSS SLEMAN ANGGOTA DIVISI UTAMA PSSI TAHUN 2016/2017 SETELAH GANTUNG SEPATU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan life skills pemain PSS Sleman Anggota Divisi Utama PSSI 2016/2017 setelah gantung sepatu, yang dibagi dalam dua faktor, yaitu (1) pemahaman life skills, dan (2) kesiapan pensiun.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain PSS Sleman Anggota Divisi Utama PSSI 2016/2017 atau Indonesia Soccer Championship B (ISC B). Objek penelitian ini berupa kesiapan life skills pemain untuk menghadapi masa gantung sepatu. Penelitian dilakukan di Pusat Latihan TIM sepakbola PSS Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan angket sebagai instrumen pengambilan data. Populasi penelitian adalah pemain PSS Sleman yang berjumlah 22 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang teknik penentuan sampelnya berdasarkan seluruh jumlah populasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan life skills pemain PSS Sleman setelah gantung sepatu yang berkategori sangat baik 1 orang atau 4,5%, baik 3 orang atau 13,6%, cukup 10 orang atau 45,5%, kurang 8 orang atau 36,4% dan sangat kurang 0 orang atau 0%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, kesiapan life skills pemain PSS Sleman Anggota Divisi Utama PSSI 2016/2017 setelah gantung sepatu berada pada kategori cukup baik.

Abstract
This research aims to describe life skills readiness level of PSS Sleman Players the member of 2016/2017 PSSI Primary Division after retirement, which are divided into two factors, there are (1) the understanding of life skills, and (2) the readiness of retirement.
The subject of this research is the player of PSS Sleman Players the Member of 2016/2017 PSSI Primary Division or Indonesia Soccer Championship B (ISC B). The object of this study is the player life skills readiness facing retirement. This study was conducted in PSS Sleman football team training centre, Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is survey method with questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population in this research was 22 players of PSS Sleman. Sample collection in this research was used sampling jenuh technique where the sample determination technique depends on the amount of the population. Data analysis used in this research is percentage description.
The result in this research shows that the life skills readiness level of PSS Sleman Players the member of 2016/2017 PSSI Primary Division after retirement that can be categorized in very good category is 1 person or 4,5%, good is 3 person or 13,6%, adequate is 10 person or 45,5%, low is 8 person or 36,4% and very low is 0 person or 0%. Based on the average mark, life skills readiness level of PSS Sleman Players the member of 2016/2017 PSSI Primary Division after retirement are in the adequate category.
