PEMAHAMAN PELATIH SEKOLAH SEPAK BOLA DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN DALAM PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PELATIHAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan belum diketahui pemahaman pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola di Kabupaten Sleman dalam pemanfaatan media pelatihan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola di Kabupaten Sleman dalam pemanfaatan media pelatihan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih sekolah sepak bola yang ada di bawah naungan IKA SSB Sleman yang berjumlah 21 pelatih dari 17 SSB. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria; (1) Sekolah Sepak Bola yang berada di bawah naungan IKA Sleman, (2) klub masih aktif melakukan proses berlatih melatih, (3) setiap SSB diambil satu pelatih. Berdasarkan criteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 17 pelatih dari 17 SSB. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola di Kabupaten Sleman dalam pemanfaatan media pelatihan berada pada kategori “sangat kurang” sebesar 5,88% (1 pelatih), kategori “kurang” sebesar 29,41% (5 pelatih), kategori “cukup” sebesar 35,29% (6 pelatih), kategori “baik” sebesar 23,53% (4 pelatih), “sangat baik” sebesar 5,88% (1 pelatih). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 158,35, pemahaman pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola di Kabupaten Sleman dalam pemanfaatan media pelatihan masuk dalam kategori “cukup”.

Abstract
This research was greatly inspired by the minimum comprehension of the soccer school coaches in Sleman on the utilization of training media. The research was intended to determine the comprehension of the soccer school coaches in Sleman on the utilization of the training media.
This research was the descriptive one. The research method was using survey with the data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The research population was the coach of the soccer school that was under the authority of the IKA SSB Sleman, which had 21 coaches from 17 soccer schools. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling, with the criteria; (1) the soccer schools that were under the authority of IKA Sleman, (2) the club was still actively practicing the process of training, (3) one coach from every soccer school. Based on these criteria, 17 coaches from 17 soccer schools met the requirement. The data were analyzed by using descriptive quantitative as outlined in percentage form.
Based on the results of the research, it could be concluded that the comprehension of soccer school coaches in Sleman on the utilization of training media was as follows: in the category of "Very Poor" at 5.88% (1 coach), the category of "Poor" was at 29.41% (5 coaches), the category of "Moderate" was at 35.29% (6 coaches), the category of "Good" was at 23.53% (4 coaches), the category of "Very Good" was at 5.88% (1 coach). Based on the mean score, at 158.35, the comprehension of the soccer school coaches in Sleman on the utilization of the training media was in the category of "Moderate".
