TINGKAT KEPUASAN PEMAIN BOLA BASKET TERHADAP KINERJA WASIT PADA PORDA DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2015

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap kinerja wasit dalam
PORDA provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan
angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua atlet bola basket PORDA tahun 2015 yang
berjumlah 120 atlet. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria:
(1) tim yang masuk peringkat 1 dan 2 putra dan putri, (2) atlet merupakan anggota tim yang masuk
peringkat 1 dan 2, (3) Atlet sudah mengikuti pertandingan dari babak penyisihan grup, perempat final,
dan semi final. Berdasarkan criteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 48 atlet. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap kinerja wasit dalam PORDA provinsi
Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2015 berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 8,33%,
“rendah” sebesar 18,75%, “sedang” sebesar 33,33%, “tinggi” sebesar 39,58%, dan “sangat tinggi”
sebesar 0%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 158,67 tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap kinerja wasit
dalam PORDA provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2015 masuk dalam kategori “sedang”.

Abstract
This research intended in finding out the level of satisfaction of the athletes on the referee’s
performance in 2015 of Regional Sports Competition (PORDA) at Special Region of Yogyakarta.
This research was the descriptive one. The research method was using survey with the data collection
technique employed a questionnaire. The research population was all basketball athletes in 2015
Regional Sport Competition with the total of 120 athletes. The research sampling was using purposive
sampling, with the following criteria: (1) team that gained the first and second position for both
categories men’s and women’s basketball, (2) the athlete was a member of the selected team, (3)
Athletes had joined the matches in the preliminary round group, quarter-final and semi-final. Based
on these criteria, there were 48 athletes. The data were analyzed by using descriptive quantitative
analysis in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it could be concluded that the
level of satisfaction of the basketball athletes on the referee’s performance 2015 Regional Sports
Competition at Special Region of Yogyakarta was as follows: in the level of "very low" it was at
8.33%, in the level of "low" it was at 18.75%, in the level of "medium" it was at 33,33 %, in the level
of "high" it was at 39.58%, and in the level of "very high" it was at 0%. Based on the average score,
for about 158.67, the level of satisfaction of the basketball athletes on the referee’s performance 2015
Regional Sports Competition at Special Region of Yogyakarta was in the category of "medium".
