Abstract


Abstrak Tujuan daam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh ball felling training dan zig-zag acceleration training terhadap keterampilan teknik dribbling skill. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah two groups pretest posttest design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes  dribbling yang  disusun oleh Irianto (1995:15)  dengan validitas 0,779 dan reliabilitas 0,637. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah pemain SSB Baturetno kelompok umur 11 tahun. yang berjumlah 24 anak (12 anak kelompok A dan 12 anak kelompok B). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisisi uji t pada kelompok A diperoleh nilai t hitung (- 5,672) > t tabel (2,201), disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan ball feeling training terhadap peningkatan dribbling skill. Berdasarkan hasil analisisi uji t pada kelompok B diperoleh nilai t hitung (-10,003) > t tabel (2,201), disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan zig-zag acceleration training terhadap peningkatan dribbling skill. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase peningkatan dengan latihan  Zig-Zag Acceleration Training diperoleh sebesar 10,24 %, sedangkan persentase peningkatan pada Latihan Ball Feeling Training diperoleh  sebesar 6,21 %. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpukan Latihan Zig-Zag Acceleration Training mempunyai peningkatan lebih baik dibandingkan Latihan Ball Feeling Training. Abstract The aim of this research is to find out how much the influence of ball felling training and zig-zag acceleration training is on the skill of dribbling skill techniques. The method used in this research is a pseudo experiment. The design of the research used in this study is two groups pretests posttest design. The research instrument used to collect data in this study was to use a dribbling test compiled by Irianto (1995:15) with the validity of 0.779 and 0.637 reliability. The subject of research used is the SSB player Baturetno age group 11 years. A total of 24 children (12 children of group A and 12 children of Group B). Data analysis techniques using t test with an equivalent significance of 5%. concluded there was an influence of the zig-zag exercise acceleration training against the increase of dribbling skill. Based on the results of the study gained a percentage increase with Zig-Zag Acceleration Training exercises acquired by 10.24%, while the increase in the percentage of Ball Feeling Training was obtained by 6.21%. These results can be put into practice Zig-Zag Aleration Training has better improvement in Ball Feeling training.
