PENGEMBANGAN ALAT REBOUNDER SEBAGAI MEDIA PELATIHAN TEKNIK DASAR SEPAKBOLA

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan alat rebounder sebagai latihan teknik dasar sepakbola,
membantu pelatih dan pemain dalam latihan menggunakan alat rebounder, meningkatkan kualitas latihan
sehingga membantu mencapai prestasi. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan atau Research and
Development (R&D). Alat rebounder sebagai media pelatihan teknik dasar sepakbola terlebih dahulu
divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada pemain dan pelatih SSB Gelora Muda
dengan populasi 43 responden. One on one sebanyak 3 responden, uji kelompok kecil sebanyak 10
responden, uji kelompok besar sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis pengumpulan data dengan instrumen berupa
angket. Hasil pengembangan alat rebounder adalah layak. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari hasil validasi dari a)
ahli materi sebesar 80% atau layak; b) ahli media sebesar 93% atau layak; c) uji coba kelompok kecil
sebesar 77,7% atau layak; d) uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 78,8% atau layak. Produk yang dihasilkan
pengembangan ini adalah alat rebounder dilengkapi dengan panduan penggunaan.

The purpose of the research is to develop a tool as a rebounder exercise basic techniques of football,
helping the coach and players in exercises using tools rebounder, improve the quality of the exercise so as
to help achieve the feat. This research is the development or Research and Development (R&D). Rebounder
as a media tool training basic techniques of football is first validated by expert material and media. Product
trials conducted on players and coaches with a population SSB Gelora Muda 43 respondents. One on one as
much as the 3 respondent, test as many as 10 small group of respondents, a large group of 30 respondents.
This type of data collection with the instrument in the form of the now. The results of the development of the
tool was a decent rebounder. The results obtained from the results of the validation of a) 80% of the
material expert or worth; b) media expert of 93% or worth; c) small group trial of 77.7% or worth; d) trial
of a large group of 78.8% or feasible. The resulting product development of this tool is equipped with a
rebounder deployment guide.
