ATENSI PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PJOK SERTA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI (STUDI KASUS DI SMP NEGERI 15 YOGYAKARTA)

Abstract

Atensi merupakan pemusatan seluruh aktivitas individu terhadap suatu objek yang berada di lingkungan sekitarnya dengan itu atensi menjadi hal penting dalam proses pembelajaran agar tercapainya suatu tujuan. Tanpa adanya atensi dan fokus maka proses transfer informasi dalam proses pembelajaran tidak dapat diterima secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana atensi peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik dan guru pendidikan jasmani. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik tringulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, data conclusion/verivication. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atensi peserta didik terpecah dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta sehingga belum memusatkan atensinya pada guru serta materi yang diberikan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi atensi peserta didik menjadi teralihkan disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan, guru, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, dan adanya berbagai rangsangan dari objek-objek disekitar yang membuat atensi peserta didik menjadi terganggu. Abstract Attention is the centralization of all the individual activities on an object located in the environment around it that is why attention is important in the learning process in order to achieve the goal. Without attention and focus, then, the process of information transfer in the learning process cannot be accepted maximally. The research aims to determine how the attention of students in following the learning process of PJOK (Physical Education, Sport, and Health) in SMP Negeri 15 (State Junior High School) Yogyakarta is. This research used descriptive qualitative design. The research approach type employed case study research approach. The research subjects were students and teachers of physical education. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity test was done by triangulation technique. The data analysis technique included data reduction, data display, data conclusion/ verification. The results show that the attention of the students is divided in following the PJOK learning process in SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta, hence the students have not focused their attention on the teachers and materials given. The factors that affect the attention of the students are disturbed due to environmental factors, the teachers, limited facilities and infrastructure, and various stimuli from the objects around that make the students’ attention disturbed.
