PERSEPSI GURU PENJASORKES TERHADAP KONSEP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN PROFESIONAL SERTA IMPLEMENTASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI SMP SE- KECAMATAN TURI

Abstract

Abstrak Pemahaman mengenai konsep kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional merupakan jaminan kualitas diri seorang guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan terhadap kompetensi konsep kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalisme serta implementasi pengembangannya di SMP se- Kecamatan Turi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di Kecamatan Turi. Dalam penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode dari Lexy J. Moleong (2012: 224), yaitu kredibilitas, keteralihan, ketergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yaitu 1) Setiap guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan untuk SMP di kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Sleman memiliki persepsi yang beragam dalam memahami kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi professional yang dimiliki seorang guru penjasorkes. 2) Secara umum telah mengimplementasikan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional. Abstract The understanding about the concept of pedagogic and professional competence is a quality assurance of a teacher. This research intends to find out the perception of physical education, sport, and health teachers towards the concept of pedagogic and professional competence as well as the implementation of its development in junior high school in Turi District. This research was descriptive with qualitative approach. The data collection technique used were by observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects in this research were the teachers of physical education, sport and health in Turi district. In determining the subjects of the research, the researcher used snowball sampling method. The data validity technique used was by method of Lexy J. Moleong (2012: 224), namely credibility, changeability, dependence, and certainty. The results of the research are taken that: 1) every teacher of physical education, health, and sport in for junior high school in Turi District Sleman have diverse perceptions in understanding the concept of pedagogic and professional competence possessed by a Penjasorkes teacher. 2) Generally, the teachers have implemented pedagogical and proffesional competence.
