TINGKAT KETERAMPILAN TEKNIK DASAR SEPAKBOLA SISWA PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAKBOLA SMP NEGERI 2 SEWON BANTUL TAHUN 2016

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum diketahui seberapa tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola di SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul Tahun 2016, pelatih belum memiliki profil atau data perkembangan keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola, prestasi sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Sewon 1 tahun belakangan ini mengalami penurunan, dan kurangnya program dan frekuensi latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul tahun 2016 meliputi tes lari 20 meter, tes teknik dasar tanpa bola dan tes teknik dasar dengan bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakuriruler sepakbola di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah The David Lee Soccer Potensial Circuit Test yaitu tes lari 20 meter, tes teknik dasar tanpa bola dan tes teknik dasar menggunakan bola. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul tahun 2016 adalah 4% kategori baik sekali, 52% kategori baik, 16% kategori cukup, 16% kategori kurang, dan 12% kategori kurang sekali. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan, teknik dasar, sepakbola, ekstrakurikuler Abstract This research is based on the unknown skill level of football basic technique in Sewon Bantul 2 State Junior High School in 2016. The trainer (coach) has not obtain the profile and development skill of football basic technique data, the achievement of Sewon 2 Junior High School for this one year has been decreased, it is also lack of program and training frequency. The objective of this research is to know the student skill level of football basic technique who join with football extracurricular on that school in 2016 including 20 meter running test, basic technique without using ball test and basic technique using ball test. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research were students who join with football extracurricular in Sewon 2 Junior High School in 2016 which consists of 25 students. The instruments used in this research was The David Lee Soccer Potential Circuit Test that are 20 meters running test, basic technique without using ball test and basic technique using ball test. The technique of analyzing data used in this research was statistic descriptive. The finding of this research show that the skill of football basic technique of students who join the football extracurricular in Sewon 2 Junior High School are 4% in “very good” category, 52% in “good” category, 16% in “fair” category, 16% in “lack” category and 12% in “very lack” category.
