PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL SAVI PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN BAKULAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial dengan menggunakan pedekatan somatis-auditori-visual-intelegensi (SAVI) siswa kelas IV SDN Bakulan Jetis Bantul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah:  tes, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar IPS aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan model SAVI. Hasil belajar aspek kognitif mengalami peningkatan dari nilai hasil rata-rata post-test 68,96, siklus I 70,83, dan siklus II 78,56. Hasil belajar aspek afektif dengan memperoleh persentase pada siklus I 70,93% dan siklus II  meningkat 87,1%. Hasil belajar aspek psikomotor memperoleh persentase siklus I 67,74% dan siklus II 90,31%. Penelitian ini dihentikan sampai siklus II karena sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan tindakan yaitu ≥75% siswa sudah mencapai nilai ≥72.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve learning outcomes social studies by using somatic - auditory - visual – intelligence ( SAVI ) model in the fourth grade students of  SDN Bakulan. The type of this research use collaborative classroom action research. The research design used Kemmis and Taggart method. The technique of collecting data in this research used  tes and observation. The technique of analyzing data used quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Cognitive aspects of learning achievements  has increased from an average value of the results of post-test 68.96 , the I cycle 70.83, and the cycle II 78.5. The Affective aspects of learning achievements to obtain a percentage of 70.93% in the first cycle and the second cycle increased by 87.1%. The psychomotor aspects of learning outcomes gained 67.74% the percentage of first cycle and the second cycle 90.3 %. This research finished in cycle II because the results fulfilled the target of this research  ( ≥75% of the students had realized the KKM ≥72).
