PENANAMAN NILAI KEDISIPLINAN PADA KELAS TINGGI DI SDN 1 PANDOWAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman nilai kedisiplinan yang dilakukan guru terhadap siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Pandowan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas tinggi menanamkan nilai kedisiplinan melalui kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Guru kurang memberikan keteladanan, teguran, dan pengkondisian lingkungan. Penanaman nilai kedisiplinan pada kelas tinggi juga melalui kegiatan yang telah diprogramkan. Guru kelas tinggi di menerapkan unsur-unsur disiplin. Hukuman dan penghargaan belum diterapkan secara konsisten.

Abstract
The research is aim to explain the inculcating of discipline value undertaken by teachers at the upper class in SDN 1 Pandowan. The research was a qualitative research. The subject were upper class teachers. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documantary study. The data analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Test for the validity of the data used sources and techniques triangulation. The result shows that the teachers in upper class that inculcate discipline value uses daily activities in school. Teachers are less to give example, reprimand, and environmental conditioning. Inculcating the discipline value for the upper class also through activities that have been programmed. Teachers of upper class are applying elements of discipline. Punishment and appreciation have not been applied consistenly.
