IMPLEMENTASI ENGLISH TIME DI JOGJA GREEN SCHOOL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi English Time di Jogja Green School. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas 1-4. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman: data condensation, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan
English Time (Daily Lesson Plan) sesuai dengan standar proses penyusunan RPP Kurikulum 2013, dirancang sedemikian rupa melalui variasi kegiatan berdasarkan karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan English Time mencakup (1) pengajaran grammar, vocabulary, dan pronounciation dilakukan secara terpadu, (2)
kegiatan paling banyak dilakukan yaitu Listening dan Speaking, (3) variasi kegiatan selalu dilakukan to make English fun, (4) kegiatan pembelajaran tidak selalu dilaksanakan melalui urutan kegiatan pendahuluan, isi dan penutup. Kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dinilai dalam bentuk deskripsi dimuat dalam News Letter.

Abstract
The study aimed to describe the implementation of English Time Program in Jogja Green School. The research used qualitative descriptive approach. The main subject were the teachers and students grade 1-4. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis was an interractive analysis model from Miles and Huberman: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data validity were analyzed by technique and source triangulation. The result showed that the English Time planning (Daily Lesson Plan) has appropriate with lesson plan arranging standard of Curriculum 2013, and was planned to be implemented through variative learning methods. The imlementation of English Time program included (1) grammar, vocabulary, and pronounciation are integrated through learning activity, (2) Listening and Speaking mostly held in every English learning activities, (3) variative learning methods always be managed to make English fun, (4) English Time has not always held consecutively through apperception, core activities, and closing. English learning assesment were described in the News Letter.
