MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA BERKECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL RENDAH DI KELAS IV B SD NGOTO
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Berkecerdasan Interpersonal Rendah di Kelas IV B. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Fs, dan beberapa informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian: Fs tidak bekerja keras dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Fs tidak bertanya walaupun sudah diberi kesempatan bertanya. Keinginan mencoba hal yang tidak berkaitan dengan pembelajaran, senang saat memperoleh pujian, bersemangat saat beraktivitas, antusiasme saat belajar di dalam atau di luar kelas dapat diimplikasikan bahwa Fs tidak mengerjakan tugas, tidak bertanya, tidak mau mencoba sesuatu hal, senang ketika dipuji, bersemangat saat beraktivitas. Motivasi belajar Fs rendah karena orang tua lebih membebaskan anaknya dalam belajar, oleh karena itu pemantauan terhadap Fs sebaiknya ditingkatkan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar Fs, akan meningkat serta materi yang disampaikan guru akan mudah dipahami.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the learning motivation of a student with low interpersonal intelligence in Grade IV B. This was a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were Fs and several informants. The data collecting techniques were observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data trustworthiness was enhanced by the source triangulation. The results of the study show that Fs does not work hard to accomplish assignments. Fs does not ask questions in spite of having the opportunity to do so. Fs wants to try things not related to learning, is happy when receiving compliments, is motivated to do activities, and is enthusiastic to learn in and outside the classroom. This implies that Fs does not do assignments, does not ask questions, does not want to try things, is happy when complimented, and is s learning motivation is low because the parents give Fs more freedom to learn. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the learning materials presented by the teacher will be easily understood.
