PENGARUH KINERJA GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V

Abstrak

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa SD Negeri kelas V se-Gugus Bima, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus se-Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo yang berjumlah 135 siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 101 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya mengg unakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrument yang digunakan adalah dengan diuji cobakan  kepada siswa kelas V SD Durensari dan SD Pucungan, sedangkan untuk mencari daya beda menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi yang didahului uji persyaratan analsis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Tingkat kinerja guru termasuk kategori tinggi sebanyak 33,66% atau 34 siswa. 2) Tingkat prestasi belajar Matematika termasuk dalam kategori tinggi 29,7% atau 30 siswa.

Abstract 

This research aims at knowing the influence of teachers performance toward in the fifth grade of State Elementary students mathematic achievement as Bima Cluster, Subdistrict Bagelen, Purworejo Regency in the Academic Year 2015/2016. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research were the fifth grade State Elementary students as Bima Cluster as Subdistrict Bagelen, Purworejo Regency who totaly 135 students with 101 students as sample. The technique of collecting data were use questionnaire and documentation. The instrument validity use was by doing treatment to fifth grade Durensari Elementary School and Pucungan Elementary School, and to find the different was use Product Moment correlation. The instrument reliability was use Alpha Cronbach formula. The data analysis technique in this research used analysis descriptive technique and the hypotheses test used regression analysis which dis regulation analysis test first. The result of research shows: 1) The teachers performances level is in high level, it is about 33,66% or 34 students. 2) The mathematics archievement level is in high category, it is about 29,7% or 30 students .
