IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB DI SD NEGERI 1 BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab di SD 1 Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman (reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan) kemudian diabsahkan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah dan guru memiliki pemahaman yang tidak jauh berbeda tentang pengertian karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Implementasi pendidikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab di SD Negeri 1 Bantul meliputi tiga aspek yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan pendidikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Pelaksanaan implementasi dengan mengintegrasikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pengembangan diri, mata pelajaran, dan budaya sekolah. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penilaian sikap siswa dan melakukan evaluasi bersama kepala sekolah, guru, dan wali siswa.

Abstract
This research aims at describing the implementation of character education discipline and responsibility in Bantul 1 Elementary School. This research was descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used analyzing techniques Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion), and then have validated using triangulation techniques and sources. The result showed that principal and teachers have an understanding that is not much different at giving definition of the character of discipline and responsibility. The implementation of character education discipline and responsibility in Bantul 1 Elementary School involved three aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning have done by inserting the character education of discipline and responsibility into the school curriculum. The implementation by integrated character of discipline and responsibility in self development activities, subjects, and school culture. The evaluation and assessment was giving evaluation of students' attitudes with the school principal, teachers, and guardians of students.
