PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Tasikmadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian expost facto. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner tentang pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dan data hasil penilaian kinerja guru yang telah dimiliki oleh sekolah. Validitas instrumen diuji dengan melakukan uji empirik menggunakan rumus Product Moment Karl Pearson. Reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan koefisien korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,406 yang lebih besar dari nilai sig. 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,063 yang menandakan pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan pengaruhnya sangat lemah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the impact of education supervision implementation of elementary school teachers' performances in Tasikmadu Subdistrict. This research used quantitative approach with expost facto. The sample was collected randomly. Research instruments were questionnaires about the impact of education supervision implementation and the data about the teachers’ performances. Instruments validity was tested by empirical test using Product Moment Karl Pearson formula. Instruments reliability was measured using Alpha Cronbach formula. The data of this research were analyzed using Spearman coefficient correlation. The results of this research show that the implementation of education supervision does not positively and significantly impact elementary schools teachers' performances in Tasikmadu Subdistrict. It is proved by the value of sig. (2-tailed) 0,406 which is bigger than value of sig. 0,05. As well as the value of coefficient correlation with 0,063 which means education supervision has small impact to the teachers' performances.
