PERBEDAAN KREATIVITAS MENGAJAR BERDASARKAN JENJANG PENDIDIKAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kreativitas mengajar berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian expostfacto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di Distrik Prembun yang berjumlah 573, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 215 responden. Penentuan anggota sampel dilakukan dengan teknik disproportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kreativitas mengajar dan dokumentasi berupa data kepegawaian guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif yaitu rerata dan statistik parametrik One Way Anova. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kreativitas berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan guru (F hitung = 3,115 > F tabel 2,65).

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the differences of teaching creativity based on the teacher’s education level. The research was expostfacto research. Population in this research were elementary school teachers in Prembun district which totaled 573, while the samples in this research were 215 respondent . Determination of the sample member conducted with disproportionate random sampling technique. Data collection technique used creativity  teaching scale and documentation of teacher employment data. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistics which were mean and statistical parametric One Way Anova. The result shows that there is a difference of creativity based on the level of teachers education ( F count = 3,115 > F table 2.65 ) .
