PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KANTONG BILANGAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PENJUMLAHAN BILANGAN SECARA BERSUSUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media kantong bilangan terhadap hasil belajar matematika penjumlahan bilangan secara bersusun pada siswa kelas 1 SD N Prambanan Sleman. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimen bentuk quasi eksperimental design tipe nonequivalent control group design. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan pemberian pretest kelompok eksperimen-kontrol, treatment pada kelompok eksperimen, dan posttest kelompok eksperimen-kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mean kelompok eksperimen yaitu 88,85 dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 21,73, sedangkan mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 80,38 dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 13,07. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test skor peningkatan hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai t sebesar 2,359, dinyatakan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (2,359 > 1,684). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the effect of use media pockets numbers toward the results of learning math sums the numbers in composition at grade 1 SD N Prambanan Sleman. The type of the research was experimental form of quasi experimental type nonequivalent control group design. Steps of this research begun by gave pretest to the exsperiment-control groups, giving treatment to the exsperiment group, and giving posttest to the both groups. The results shows that the mean of the experimental group that is 88,85 with with increase learning results 21,73, while the control group mean is 80,38 with with increase learning results of 13,07 learning. Based on the results of t-test score improvement of learning result of the experimental group and the control group obtained t value of 2,359, stated that t count> t table (2,359> 1,684). The results of data analysis shows the number of pockets give effect the average results of student learning experimental and control groups.
