MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG PERKALIAN BILANGAN ASLI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR PADA SISWA KELAS II SDN KALIPUCANG BANTUL

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung perkalian bilangan asli dengan menggunakan media gambar pada siswa kelas II SD N Kalipucang Bantul.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Spiral dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart (dalam Suharsimi Arikunto, 2010: 132). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD N Kalipucang, Bantul dengan jumlah 14 siswa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus.Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan non tes.Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis hasil observasi dan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis hasil tes Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah menggunakan media gambar dapat Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berhitung Perkalian Bilangan Asli pada Siswa Kelas II SD N Kalipucang, Bantul.Peningkatan kemampuan berhitung ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan peningkatan nilai rata-rata tes. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada pra tindakan sebesar 42,86%, akhir siklus I sebesar 64,28% dan akhir siklus II sebesar 85,71% mencapai KKM. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada pra tindakan adalah 65, akhir siklus I 82,14 dan akhir siklus II 83,21 pada rentang skor antara 0 sampai 100. Abstract This research aims to improve the arithmetic multiplication of natural numbers by using the images media in second grade of SD N Kalipucang Bantul. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) Spiral model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart (Suharsimi Arikunto, 2010: 132). Subjects in second grade students of SD N Kalipucang Bantul, the number of students are 14. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Data collection techniques using observation, testing and non-testing. The data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative techniques for analyzing qualitative observation and quantitative was used technique descriptive to analyze of the test results. The research showed that after using images media can improve the arithmetic multiplication of natural numbers in class II SD N Kalipucang, Bantul. The improvement learning result is indicated by the increase in the number of students who achieve a Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) and an increase in the average value of the test. The number of students who reach the pre-action KKM were 42.86%, the end of the first cycle were 64.28% and the end of the second cycle were 85.71% who KKM. While the average value of the pre-action is 65, the end of the first cycle is 82.14 and 83.21 is the end of the second cycle the scores range is between 0 to 100.
