IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KONSEP DIRI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI MENDUNGAN I YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Mendungan I tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berasal dari dalam diri dan luar diri siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI sebanyak 79 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri dan pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Faktor-faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri yaitu: a) faktor citra fisik (kategori tinggi, sebanyak 51,90%), b) faktor perasaan berarti (kategori tinggi, sebanyak 65,82%), c) faktor aktualisasi diri (kategori tinggi, sebanyak 55,70%), d) faktor pengalaman (kategori tinggi, sebanyak 38,00%), dan e) faktor kebajikan (kategori tinggi, sebanyak 49,37%). Sedangkan faktor yang berasal dari luar diri yaitu peranan faktor sosial (kategori tinggi, yakni 54,43%). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, faktor perasaan berarti adalah faktor yang paling dominan.

Abstract
This research was purposed to identifity factors that influenced students self concept of SD Mendungan I Yogyakarta that come from internal and external factors of their own selver. This research was quantitative research. This research was population research. Population of this research were the students of 4th, 5th, and 6th graders, which contains of 79 students. To collect the data this research used factor scale that influenced self concept and observation guidelines. Data analyzing technique was done by descriptive statistic analysis. The internal factors: a) the physical appearance (high category, 51,90%), b) self-esteem (high category, 65,82%), c) self actualization (high category, 51,90%), d) the experience (high category, 38,00%), and e) the goodness (high category, 49,37%). The external factor was the role social factors (high category, 54,43%). Based on the result of the identification, the self esteem was the most dominant factor.
