IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SD NEGERI TAMBAKREJO KECAMATAN BULUSPESANTREN KABUPATEN KEBUMEN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Negeri Tambakrejo. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori analisis Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) Pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran mengembangkan kurikulum melibatkan masyarakat. Kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan PAKEM. Sekolah memberikan pertanggungjawaban hasil belajar siswa melalui nilai UTS dan raport. 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam pengadaan pegawai untuk PNS ditentukan oleh pemerintah daerah. Pembagian tugas guru melalui rapat dewan guru. 3) Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik dalam penerimaan siswa baru didasarkan pada ketentuan umur. Sekolah memberikan pelayanan mengembangkan bakat melalui program ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract
This research aims at describing the implementation of the school-based management in SD Negeri Tambakrejo. This research was qualitative descriptive research. The subjects were the headmaster and the teachers. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman. The validity used triangulation sources. The result of this research are as follows. 1) Implementation of curriculum management and the learning in developing school curriculum involved the society. In teaching and learning process used PAKEM. The school is responsible for the students’ result in their learning by using midterm test, and school report. 2) Implementation of teachers’ management in provisioning employee for the civil servant is determined by the local government. The division of the teachers’ tasks is determined by the teachers’ meeting. 3) Implementation of the students’ management in the admission of new students based on the age provision. The school provided services in developing students’ talent extracurricular program.
