PENGELOLAAN PERPUSTAKAAN DI SD NEGERI 2 KARANGSARI KECAMATAN KARANGMONCOL KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan dan hambatan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan di SD Negeri 2 Karangsari Kecamatan Karangmoncol Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah petugas perpustakaan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data menggunakan interactive model oleh Miles Huberman dengan langkah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan perpustakaan di SD Negeri 2 Karangsari sebagai berikut. Pengadaan bahan pustaka dilakukan pembelian kepada toko buku dan penerbit, inventarisasi koleksi bahan pustaka dilakukan apabila buku baru datang, buku akan langsung di cap stempel perpustakaan dan didata ke buku inventaris, klasifikasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan abjad judul buku, katalogisasi menggunakan cara katalog judul buku, pelayanan sirkulasi di perpustakaan menggunakan sistem terbuka. Hambatan masih terbatasnya jumlah sumber daya manusia pengelola perpustakaan, dan keterbatasan dana bantuan yang diberikan pemerintah.

Abstract
This study aims at describing the implementation and obstacles in the management of the SD school library of SD Negeri 2 Karangsari, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The respondent of this research were the the library officer, the headmaster, and the teacher. Techniques of collecting data in this research were observation, interview and documentation. Techniques of validity test were triangulation source and technique. The data analytic used interactive model by Miles Huberman which mention the steps are: reduction data step, data display and conlution The result of this research shows that managing library procurement of library materials is done by purchasing the bookstores and publishers, inventory of library collections conducted if there are new books coming, the book will live on stamp library and logged into the inventory book and application inlis, classification is done alphabetically books, cataloging in the library of using the method based on the catalog of titles, circulation services at the library using an open system which the students are free to read, see and borrow books at the library. Obstacles in the management of the school library are the limited number of human resource managers of the library and the limited funds provided by the government through the education department for the management of the school library.
