Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam implementasi program antibullying di SD Tumbuh 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program antibullying di SD Tumbuh 2 Yogyakarta dilaksanakan ke berbagai aktivitas yaitu diantaranya: (1) poster; (2) pembentukan dewan pengawas; (3) pertemuan dan pelatihan untuk keluarga; (4) penggunaan kurikulum; (5) perbaikan lingkungan. (6) circle time. Adapun kendalanya meliputi: (1) pemasangan poster yang agak terlalu tinggi dan tulisannya yang terlalu kecil; (2) belum maksimalnya area sekolah yang dimanfaatkan dalam pemasangan poster; (3) adanya aktivitas anak yang pernah terlepas dari pengawasan; (4) orang tua belum sepenuhnya menghayati materi yang sekolah sampaikan; (5) kurangnya ketertarikan dan partisipasi aktif orang tua; (6) tidak adanya buku acuan khusus pelaksanaan program; (7) tidak diagendakan perbaikan lingkungan secara berkala; (8) beberapa tempelan kata-kata positif tampak sudah using; (9) belum meratanya keaktifan siswa selama circle time.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and knowing the constraints in the implementation of antibullying programs in SD Tumbuh 2 Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects of research include head master, teachers, parents, and students. The collection of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Technique authenticity of data by triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the antibullying program in SD Tumbuh 2 Yogyakarta implemented into a variety of activities which include: (1) poster; (2) the establishment of the board of trustees; (3) meetings and training for families; (4) the use of the curriculum; (5) the improvement of the environment; (6) circle time. The constraints include: (1) installation of the posters were a bit too high and the writing is too small; (2) not maximal area schools that utilized in the installation poster; (3) the activities of children separated from supervision; (4) the parents have not fully appreciate the material conveyed school; (5) lack of interest and active participation of parents; (6) the absence of a specific reference guide program implementation; (7) do not scheduled periodic environmental improvement; (8) a few patches of positive words seem obsolete; (9) there prevalence of active students during circle time.
