PENERAPAN ACTIVE LEARNING TIPE CARD SORT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PKn IV SDN 2 KALIPETIR

Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dengan strategi active learning tipe card sort. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Kalipetir yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan catatan lapangan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan active learning tipe card sort melalui langkah peserta didik memperoleh kartu kategori, mencari pasangan kartu kategori, berkelompok sesuai kategori dan berdiskusi, mempresentasikan hasil diskusi, dan merefleksikan materi yang dipelajari dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil observasi pra tindakan terdapat 4 siswa atau 16% memiliki minat belajar dalam kategori baik. Tindakan pada siklus I telah berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dengan hasil sebanyak 21 siswa atau 84% peserta didik memiliki minat belajar kategori baik. Hasil pengamatan pada siklus II yaitu 100% peserta didik memiliki minat belajar kategori baik.

Abstract
This research aims to improve the student learning interest by active learning card sort type. The subject were 25 students of grade IV SDN 2 Kalipetir. This research was a classroom action research with Kemmis dan Mc Taggart model. The data collection methods that be used were observation and field notes with uses qualitative and quantitative analyzing. The research results shows that the implementation of the active learning card sort type through students obtaining category card, finding category card pair, gathering appropriate with the category and discussing, presenting, and matter reflection could improve students learning interest. The observation result at pre action with amount 4 students or 16% students had learning interest with good category. The action at cycle I has successes improved students learning interest with the results as many as 21 students or 84% had learning interest with good category. The observations result at cycle II that be gotten were 100% had learning interest with good category.
