PENGARUH INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN ANALISIS SISWA KELAS IV SD SE-GUGUS BODEN POWELL GEBANG

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan analisis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Variabel bebas yang digunakan yaitu inkuiri terbimbing sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu kemampuan analisis. Populasi berjumlah 164. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive cluster random sampling sehingga diperoleh siswa kelas IV SD N 2 Gintungan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV SD N 2 Bulus sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan statistik parametrik yang terdiri dari uji prasyarat (uji normalitas dan homogenitas) dan uji hipotesis (T-test). Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 20 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen 44,35 sedangkan kelas kontrol 45,18. Sementara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen 74,74 sedangkan kelas kontrol 57,90. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kemampuan analisis siswa yang menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing.

The study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model to ward the analytical skills. This study was using quantitative approach with quasy experimental type and nonequivalent control group design. The independent variable in this study was guided inquiry while the dependent variable was the analytical skills. Population in this study were 164 students. Samples were taken using purposive cluster random sampling in order to obtain the students of grade 4th in SDN 2 Gintungan as experimental class and students of grade 4th in SDN 2 Bulus as the control class. The data collection technique in this study used observation and tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive analytical and statistical parametric consist of prerequisite test (normality test and homogeneity test) and hypothesis test (T-test). The data were processed by SPSS 20 with significance level of 5%. The average score of pretest in experiment class was 44.35 while the average score of pretest in control class was 45.18. The average score of posttest in experiment class was 74.74 while the average score of pretest in control class was 57.90. The result of this study showed that there were a positive and significant effect on the analytical skills of students who learning used guided inquiry model.
