EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI PLAYEN III KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan program Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Playen III Kabupaten Gunungkidul melalui empat komponen, yaitu: 1) Context, 2) Input, 3) Process, dan 4) Product. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi antara daring dengan luring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian, yaitu tujuh penyelenggara program dan enam pelaksana program dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aspek context, yaitu latar belakang program adalah merealisasikan kebutuhan akan pendidikan pada masa pandemi dan tujuan program, yaitu dapat melindungi warga dalam satuan pendidikan dengan tetap memberikan hak peserta didik dalam memperoleh layanan pendidikan. 2) Aspek input, yaitu kemampuan guru mempersiapkan pembelajaran dan menggunakan teknologi informasi sudah sesuai, namun perlu adanya pengembangan. Kemampuan peserta didik menggunakan teknologi informasi sudah sesuai. Kesesuaian materi pelajaran dengan kurikulum sudah terpenuhi, namun kesesuaian materi dengan pedoman belum terpenuhi sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan. Sarana prasarana yang digunakan sudah mencukupi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan program. 3) Aspek process, yaitu metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan sudah sesuai, namun perlu adanya variasi agar pembelajaran tidak monoton. Pelaksanaan program kurang sesuai dengan jadwal perencanaan sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan agar program terlaksana sesuai waktu yang ditetapkan. Kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan pedoman dan metode yang digunakan. 4) Aspek product, yaitu metode penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan permendikbud.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Distance Learning Program in Playen III State Elementary School, Gunungkidul Regency, through four components, consist of: 1) Context, 2) Input, 3) Process, and 4) Product. The program is implemented using a combination approach between online and offline learning. This research was an evaluative research with a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the seven program administrators and six program implementers, using purposive sampling. The data collections were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation study. Moreover, the validity test was conducted thru triangulation of source and technique. The data was analyzed by using Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research showed that: 1) Context aspect; the background of this program was to realizing the need for education during the pandemic. Furthermore, the purpose of this program was to protect citizens in educational units while still giving students the right to obtain educational services. 2) Input aspect; the ability of teachers to prepare lessons and the use of information technology, is appropriate, but it still needs some development. The ability of students to use information and technology is appropriate. The suitability of the subject matter with the curriculum has been fulfilled, but the conformity of the material with the guidelines has not been fulfilled, so it still needs some improvement. The infrastructures used is sufficient and in accordance with the needs of the program. 3) Process aspect; the methods and media used for learning are appropriate, but there is a need for variations so that the learning process is not monotonous. Implemented program was not in accordance with the planning schedule, thats why improvement are needed, so that the program is implemented according to the planned schedule. The learning activities of students are in accordance with the guidelines and methods used. 4) Product aspect; the method of assessing student learning output was in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulations.
