PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA MELALUI MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING CHIPS UNTUK SISWA KELAS VI SD NEGERI TERSIDILOR

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  meningkatkan  proses  pembelajaran  keterampilan  berbicara  dan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara menggunakan model kooperatif tipe talking chips pada siswa kelas VI SD Tersidilor, Pituruh, Purworejo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas  (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Tersidilor. Desain penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian tindakan  kelas  menurut  Kemis  dan  MC  Taggart.  Data      dikumpulkan  dengan  observasi,  tes  unjuk  kerja, dokumentasi.  Teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  teknik  analisis  data  deskriptif  kualitatif  dan kuantitatif. Keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah nilai hasil observasi aktivitas keterampilam berbicara siswa ≥  80  dengan  kategori  sangat  baik  dan  ketuntasan  klasikal  siswa  kelas  VI  minimal mencapai  presentase sebesar 85 %. Hasil observasi proses pembelajaran menunjukkan proses keterampilan berbicara siswa pada siklus I sebesar 67,5 % meningkat menjadi 82,5% pada siklus II. Hasil pencapaian presentase ketuntasan klasikal unjuk kerja keterampilan berbicara siswa, pada siklus I sebesar 60% meningkat menjadi 86,67% pada siklus II.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  improve  the  learning  process  of  speaking  skills  and  improve  speaking  skills  using  a cooperative model of talking chips type in class VI SD Tersidilor, Pituruh, Purworejo. Type of research Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SD Negeri Tersidilor. This research design to the classroom  action  research  design  Kemis  and  MC  Taggart.  Data  were  collected  observation,  performance  tests, documentation.  The  data  analysis  technique  is  descriptive  qualitative  and  quantitative  data  analysis  techniques. The observation result of students' speaking skills activity ≥ 80 with a very good category and classical completeness of grade VI students at least reaching a percentage of 85%. The results of the observation of the learning process that the students' speaking skill process in the first cycle 67.5%, increasing to 82.5% in the second cycle. The results of the achievement of the percentage of classical completeness in the performance of students' speaking skills, 60% to 86.67% in the second cycle.
