PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE TIME TOKEN SISWA KELAS IV SDN KARANGMLOKO 1 TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan proses keterampilan berbicara menggunakan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Time Token siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Karangmloko 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart dengan subjek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Karangmloko 1, berjumlah 31 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Cooperative Learning tipe Time Token meningkatkan hasil dan proses keterampilan berbicara siswa. Peningkatan proses siswa ditunjukkan melalui meningkatnya keaktifan, partisipasi, dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Peningkatan hasil keterampilan berbicara siswa pada pra tindakan sebesar 62.33 meningkat menjadi 69.32 pada siklus I, menjadi 80,37 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa sebelum diberikan tindakan sebesar 3% dari 30 siswa, setelah tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 84%, kemudian setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus II mencapai 97% dari KKM yang telah ditetapkan adalah sebesar 75.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to improve the learning process of speaking skills and improve the results of speaking skills using the Cooperative Learning Type Time Token model of 4th grade students at Karangmloko 1 Elementary School Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research by Kemmis and McTaggart. The subject of this research are 31 students in grade 4th Karangmloko 1 Elementary School. This reaserch consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. Data collection techniques used were tests, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an improvement in the process and results of students' speaking skills after using the Cooperative Learning type Time Token model. Increased process of students’ speaking skills can be demonstrated through its activeness, participation, and the enthusiasm of students to follow the teaching in the classroom. Improved results of students' speaking skills can be seen from the increase in the average grade of the pre-action activities, first cycle, and second cycle. The average value of students in pre-action is 62.33 increased to 69.32 in the first cycle, and increased to 80.37 in the second cycle with minimum value 75 points. The percentage of students' mastery learning before being given an action of 3%, after the action in the first cycle increased to 84%, then after the action taken in the second cycle, it reached 97%.
