IMPLEMENTASI NILAI KEDISIPLINAN SISWA KELAS IV DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 3 KALIPETIR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai kedisipinan serta hambatan- hambatan siswa kelas IV di SD N 3 Kalipetir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai kedisiplinan siswa kelas IV dilakukan melalui kegiatan di dalam kelas pada saat pelajaran. Di luar kelas siswa mengimplementasikan nilai kedisiplinan dengan mengikuti upacara bendera dan membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Implementasi nilai kedisiplinan melalui keteladanan dilakukan guru dengan tidak terlambat masuk ke kelas, mengikuti upacara bendera dengan tertib, dan membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Sekolah sebagai lingkungan berdisiplin melakukan implementasi nilai kedisiplinan dengan menerapkan peraturan yang mengikat bagi seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu, siswa melakukan kegiatan seperti bertutur kata sopan, bertindak sopan dan berpakaian rapi sebagai upaya mengimplementasikan nilai kedisiplinan melalui latihan berdisiplin. Hambatan yang ditemui dalam pengimplementasian nilai kedisiplinan ini berasal dari keteladanan, masih ada guru yang datang terlalu mepet dengan jam masuk sekolah dan mengobrol ketika upacara bendera. Sekolah sebagai lingkungan berdisiplin juga tidak mempunyai papan peraturan yang terpasang di lingkungan sekolah. Siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan membuang sampah, upacara bendera, bertutur kata masih belum sepenuhnya bersungguh-sungguh.

Abstract
The research purpose to describe the implementation value of discpline and resistance in implementing the students of 4th grade elemtary Kalipetir 3 school discpline value. This kind of research is research by approaching the qualitive. The result of this research showed that the implementation discpline value of 4th grade students did was trough by the activity in inside class when class lesson. In outside class, the students has implemented the discpline value by doing flag ceremony orderly and put the garbage in correct place. The implementation displine value trough by exemplary of teacher was doing flag ceremony orderly and put the garbage in the correct place. School as discpline environment is implementing discpline value by apply the rules that binds to all school residents. Other that, the students did activity such as said politely, did politely, and dressed neatly as efforts to implemented discpline value trough discplined practice. The resistance founded in implementing discpline value was from exemplary, there was still teacher which came late in class lesson also chatting when flag ceremony occur. Scholl as discpline environment also doesnt his rules board which plastered in school environment. The students in put the garbage activity, flag ceremony, said politely was not totally trully.
