PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MELALUI PENGGUNAAN BUKU CETAK BERWARNA SISWA KELAS V

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Gadingan dengan menggunakan buku cetak berwarna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dan deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku cetak berwarna dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata pada siklus pertama mencapai 63,3% dan 90% pada siklus yang kedua.

Abstract

This research aims at improving the achievement of student learning in social studies through the colourful print book to fifth grade students of SDN Gadingan. The type of this research was clasroom action research . The subjects were 30 students. The techniques of data collection used test and observation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results indicated that the implementation of colourful print book could improve student’s achievement. It was showed from the average value in the first cycle that reached 63,33% and 90% in second cycle.
