PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN SISWA MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN Vidya Qasana , Bumijo, Jetis, Kota Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2018/ 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart.. Teknis analisis data adalah diskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation yang memiliki sintaks: (1) seleksi topik, (2) merencanakan kerjasama, (3) implementasi, (4) analisis dan sintesis, (5) penyajian hasil akhir, dan (6) evaluasi dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar IPA siswa. Pada pra siklus rata-rata keaktifan siswa adalah 29,37 dimana angka tersebut masih tergolong sangat kurang. Selanjutnya setelah digunakan model group investigation, keaktifan siswa meningkat menjadi 70,54 (kategori baik) pada siklus I. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan melalui hasil refleksi, keaktifan meningkat menjadi 82,34 pada siklus II

Abstract

This study aims at determining toimproving student learning activities throught the aplication of cooperative learning models group investigation type in science subjects in class IV SDN Vidya Qasana, Bumijo, Jetis, Yogyakarta City 2018/2019 academic year.The type of research used was classroom action research. The design used in this study were the theories from Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The technnique of data analysis was descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative.The Research results show that the application of investigation group learning models that have syntax: (1) topic selection, (2) planning cooperation, (3) implementation, (4) analysis and synthesis, (5) presentation of final results, and (6) evaluation can improve the active learning of science students. In the pre cycle the average student activity was 29.37 where the number was still very poor. Then after the group investigation model was used, student activity increased to 70.54 (good category) in cycle I. After improvement through reflection results, activity increased to 82.34 in cycle
