PENANAMAN KEDISIPLINAN MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DI SD NEGERI 1 PUNDONG KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman kedisiplinan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SD Negeri 1 Pundong Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, pembina Pramuka, siswa anggota Pramuka golongan Siaga dan Penggalang, kegiatan Pramuka, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penanaman disiplin waktu dalam latihan rutin kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dilakukan oleh pembina dengan memberikan nasihat, teladan, mengingatkan, pembiasaan, dan hukuman. (2) Penanaman disiplin sikap dalam latihan rutin kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dilakukan oleh pembina dengan mengingatkan, memberikan pemahaman, nasihat, pembiasaan perilaku, dan hukuman. (3) Hambatan penanaman kedisiplinan siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka yaitu kurangnya komunikasi yang baik antara pembina dengan pihak sekolah, dan kondisi perekonomian keluarga siswa.

Abstract
This research aims at describing the inculcation of discipline through scout extracurricular program in Pundong State Elementary School Bantul Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The source of data on this research were the headmaster, Scoutmaster, student members of the scout class are Penggalang and Siaga, Scout activities, and documentation. The data collection technic were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis tehcnic used the model of Miles & Huberman, consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The data validity test used technic triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the research show that: (1) The inculcation of time discipline in routine activity Scout extracurricular is done by giving advices, examples, reminding, habituation, and punishment. (2) The inculcation of attitude discipline in routine activity Scout extracurricular is done by reminding, giving understanding, advices, behavioral habituation, and punishment. (3) The obstacle of student discipline in the Scout extracurricular activities are a lack of good communication between Scoutmaster and the school.
