STUDI KOMPARASI PENANAMAN SIKAP DISIPLIN DI SDN PUJOKUSUMAN I DAN SDN WONOSARI I

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman sikap disiplin di SDN Pujokusuman I dan SDN Wonosari I. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data,reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Penanaman sikap disiplin melalui proses pembelajaran di SDN Pujokusuman I dan SDN Wonosari I yaitu terencana dalam RPP, terlaksana dalam pembelajaran dan evaluasi, tetapi tidak dilakukan penilaian sikap disiplin. Penanaman sikap disiplin melalui budaya sekolah yaitu kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengondisian lingkungan. SDN Wonosari I menerapkan peraturan dan pemberian hukuman untuk semua bentuk ketidakdisiplinan, sedangkan penerapan peraturan dan hukuman di SDN Pujokusuman I masih perlu ditingkatkan. SDN Wonosari I memberi penghargaan kepada siswa. Penanaman sikap disiplin melalui ekstrakurikuler melalui disiplin waktu, serta penerapan peraturan dan hukuman. Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah mendukung penanaman sikap disiplin kepada siswa.

Abstract
This research aimed to describe discipline internalization in SDN Pujokusuman I and SDN Wonosari I. The research used qualitative approach with descriptive comparative methods. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis steps were data collection, data reduction, data display, and conlusion/verification. The discipline internalization in learning process was planned and done in learning and evaluation but attitude assesment was not held. The discipline internalization by school culture was held in routine activities, spontant activities, model, and environmental conditioning. SDN Wonosari I applied the school rules and punishment to all of indiscipline, but SDN Pujokusuman I had to upgrade it. SDN Wonosari I awarded the student who was discipline. The discipline internalization in extracurricular activity was time discipline and rule and punishment application. The School Based Management supported the disicipline internalization.
