IMPLEMENTASI NILAI KARAKTER GEMAR MEMBACA MELALUI PROGRAM GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH (GLS) TAHAP PEMBIASAAN DI KELAS 1 SDN MARGOYASAN YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi nilai karakter gemar membaca melalui program GLS tahap pembiasaan di kelas 1 SDN Margoyasan Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, pustakawan, peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai karakter gemar membaca melalui program GLS tahap pembiasaan di kelas 1 SDN Margoyasan Yogyakarta terdiri dari empat aspek, yaitu 1) membaca buku yang diwajibkan guru berupa membaca buku non pelajaran. 2) membaca buku yang ada di pepustakaan berupa membaca buku cerita dari perpustakaan. 3) membaca koran atau majalah dinding berupa membaca koran atau majalah dinding yang terdapat di perpustakaan. 4) membaca buku tentang flora, fauna dan alam di rumah berupa kegiatan membaca buku di rumah.

Abstract
This study aims at describing the implementation of reading literacy character value through school literacy program of habituation stage in the first grade of Margoyasan Elementary School Yogyakarta. The type of research is qualitative approach. The subjects of the study include the headmaster, teacher, librarian, and learners. The techniques of collecting data used interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The validity of the data were tested by using triangulation source and triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of reading literacy character value through school literacy program of habituation stage in the first grade of Margoyasan Elementary School Yogyakarta consist of four aspects: 1) reading books required by the teacher in the form of non academic, 2) reading books in the library in the form of reading storybooks from library, 3) reading newspaper or magazine in from of reading newspaper or magazine in library, 4) reading a book about the flora, fauna, and nature in the form of activity reading books at home.
