IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH DI SD N BACIRO, GONDOKUSUMAN, YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah di SD N Baciro, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan deksriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu Narasumber, Peristiwa, Lokasi, dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dilakukan triangulasi teknik dan
sumber untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pada pelaksanaan terdapat perencanaan yang tertulis pada SK No. 188/012, (2) pada pelaksanaan gerakan literasi terdapat 3 tahapan yaitu pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran, (3) faktor pendukung ada pihak dari dalam dan luar sekolah yang ikut serta dalam pengembangan kegiatan literasi, sedangkan, faktor penghambat kurangnya kinerja tim literasi sekolah dan kurangnya buku bacaan yang tersedia.

Abstract
This research aims to find out the planning, implementation, the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of school literacy program at SD N Baciro, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. The research used
a descriptive qualitative. The sources of the data were informant, event, place, and document. Data collection technique used interview, observation, and documentation. Triangulation of technique and sources the ensure of the data. The result of the research are as follows: (1) the planning of the implementation of school literacy program in SD N Baciro is written on Decree No.188 / 012, (2) there are 3 stages of the
implementation of school literacy program in SD N Baciro name habituation, development, and learning, (3) the supporting factors are internal and external participation in the development of literacy activities, beside that the inhibiting factors are the lack of performance of the School Literacy Team and the lack of readable literature available.
