KERJASAMA ANTARA SEKOLAH DENGAN ORANG TUA DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH AL MUJAHIDIN WONOSARI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kerjasama antara sekolah dengan orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter di SD Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Wonosari Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles & Huberman. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama antara sekolah dengan orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui pembuatan kontrak dengan orang tua, pengadaan program untuk orang tua (parenting, pengisian PIATA dan PHBSIM, pertemuan PIATA, pertemuan siswa baru), menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, dan orang tua berpartisipasi dalam program sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi diantaranya sarana prasarana, orientasi orang tua, kepercayaan antar pihak, kebijakan sekolah dan keselarasan visi misi sekolah dengan harapan orang tua. Adapun upaya sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala dalam menjalin kerjasama dapat dilihat menciptakan iklim yang nyaman dan menjalin komunikasi secara intens dengan orang tua siswa.

Abstract
This research aims to describe collaboration between school and parents on character education in SD Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Wonosari Gunungkidul. This research used the technical data analysis of Miles & Huberman. The subjects of this research were principals, teachers, and parents. Methods of data collection were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data checking technique used source and technique triangulation. The results showed that Collaboration between school and parents on character education has been held by engagement between school and parents, making school program for parents (parenting, completing PIATA and PHBSIM instrument, PIATA gathering, parents gathering), communication, and parents participation on school program. Factors that affect collaboration between school and parents derived from school officials as well as parents like infrastructures, parents orientation, parents and teacher beliefs, school policy, similarity between school vision and parent expectation. The school effort to overcome some obstacle in collaboration could be seen by creating a comfortable climate and continuous communication with student’s parent.
