IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS MELALUI BUDAYA SEKOLAH DI SDIT JABAL NUR GAMPING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter religius melalui budaya sekolah di SDIT Jabal Nur Gamping. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan karakter religius melalui budaya sekolah di SDIT Jabal Nur meliputi budaya artifak, berupa benda fisik dan bangunan dengan nilai ajaran akidah, artifak dengan nilai ajaran ibadah, serta artifak bernilai ajaran akhlak. Semua bangunan dan benda fisik tersebut untuk digunakan penguatan lingkungan yang mendukung pendidikan karakter religius. Budaya perilaku ikrar syahadat, beribadah dan budaya perilaku yang bernilai ajaran akhlak yang ada di SDIT Jabal Nur diimplementasikan dengan pembiasaan, keteladanan dan hukuman. Budaya terakhir yaitu budaya ide yang berupa visi dan misi sekolah religius, pemikiran religius siswa serta guru yang dituangkan dalam sebuah karya seperti sajadah dan slogan. Budaya ide dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam implementasinya ada faktor pendukung seperti kapasitas bangunan mencukupi dan semua warga sekolah berperan dalam budaya sekolah. Adapun faktor penghambatnya meliputi kurang maksimalnya penggunaan artifak, kesadaran beberapa siswa masih kurang dan kemampuan antar siswa berbeda.

Abstract
This research is aimed to describe the implementation of religious characters through school culture at Jabal Nur Islamic Elementary School Gamping. This research uses qualitative descriptive case study method. The subject of this research included the school principle, teachers, and students. The researcher used observation, interview, and documentation as the data gathering technique. The data analysis technique used were Miles & Huberman. For the trustworthiness used triangulation resource and triangulation technique. The result of the research showed that the implementation of religious characters through school culture at Jabal Nur Islamic Elementary School Gamping included. artifact culture which are physical object and building with belief theory value, artifact with worship theory value, and artifact with character theory value. All of those buildings and physical objects were used to strengthen the environment in order to support the religious character building. The custom of Islamic confession behaviors, pray, and the custom of moral value behaviors in Jabal Nur Islamic Elementary School were implemented with habituation, exemplarity, and punishment. The last culture was idea culture such as vision and mission of religious school, also students and teachers’ religious way of thinking that were implemented in a creation like prayer rugs and slogan. Idea culture was implemented in school daily life. In the implementation, there were supporting factors such as building capacity and all of school members that played role in performing school culture. On the other hand, the inhibitor factors were minimal use of artifact, less awareness of the student and the different capability and cleverness of the students.
