PELAKSANAAN PENGEMBANGAN KEPROFESIAN BERKELANJUTAN (PKB) GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DEMAKIJO I GAMPING SLEMAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pelaksanaan PKB (2) alasan guru mengikuti PKB, (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan PKB, (4) upaya guru mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PKB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian kepala sekolah, koordinator pengem bangan SDM, 6 guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan PKB meliputi kegiatan diklat funsional dan kegiatan kolektif guru. Kegiatan publikasi ilmiah dan karya inovatif belum optimal, (2) alasan guru mengikuti PKB adalah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas mereka, (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan PKB berasal dari Dinas, lembaga dan diri sendiri, (4) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi hambatan adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan dalam PKB.

Abstract

The research is aim at describing (1) the realization of CPD (2) the teachers reasons doing CPD, (3) the support and obstacle in realization of CPD, (4) the efforts to giving solutions for CPD’s problem. This was a descriptive research. The data sources in this research were headmaster, coordinator of human development, and 6 teachers. The data were collected by in-depth interview and documentary. The technique of data analysis by using sources and technique triangulation. The result of this research shows (1) activities teachers as realization from CPD such as functional training and education. Scientific publication and innovative creation are not optimum,(2) the teachers reason follow the CPD are to increasing their professionality, (3) the supports and obstacle from continuous professional development are from education authority, school, and their selves, and (4) the teachers effort to giving solutions from the CPD obstacle done by increase  their activities on CPD.
