Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada siswa berprestasi rendah di kelas 4 SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngemplak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek peneltian ini adalah siswa berprestasi rendah di
kelas 4 SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngemplak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 89 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa secara umum faktor yang dominan menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada siswa berprestasi rendah di kelas 4 SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngemplak yaitu faktor internal pada aspek psikologi sebesar 75% dan faktor eksternal aspek lingkungan masyarakat sebesar 59%. Sedangkan pada faktor internal aspek fisiologi sebesar 48%, faktor eksternal aspek lingkungan sekolah sebesar 47%, dan faktor eksternal aspek lingkungan keluarga sebesar 44% masuk pada kategori kurang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar.

Abstract

This study aim to know the dominant factors of learning difficulty for under achievement students in 4th grade government elementary school in Ngemplak District .This study used a quantitative approach. This type of research was survey. The research subjects were fourth grade under achievement students in government Elementary School in the Ngemplak District, which has been taken by proportional random sampling with 89 students. Instruments used in the form of questioner. The data analysis technique was quantitative description with percentage. The result show that in generalized the dominant factors of learning difficulty which was considered as learning difficulty was psychology aspect of internal factor was 75% and social environment aspect of external factor was 59%. While physiology aspect of internal factor was 48%, school environment aspect of external factor was 47%, and family environment aspect of external factor was 44% which was less considered as learning difficulty.
