PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL BERBASIS PROBLEM SOLVING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) IPS berbasis problem solving di SD Gugus Nusa Indah. Materi pokok yang disajikan dalam LKS yaitu permasalahan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall melalui 9 tahap. Kesembilan tahap tersebut adalah : Penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, uji lapangan awal, revisi, uji lapangan utama, revisi, uji lapangan operasional, revisi akhir. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian yaitu: skor validasi ahli materi 4.57, ahli media 4.32, uji lapangan awal 4.34, uji lapangan utama 4.52, dan uji lapangan operasional 4.65. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LKS IPS berbasis problem solving pokok bahasan masalah sosial layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is aim at knowing the feasibility of student worksheet based on problem solving. Subject of the research were fourth grade in Nusa Indah group of elementary school. The substance of this research was social problems. Those reseach design modified from development model of Borg and Gall, which was done in the nine steps. Those steps were research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, and final product revision. The result of these research are score of matterial expert is 4.57 (Excellent), score of media expert is 4.32(Excellent), score of preliminary field testing is 4.34(Excellent), score of main field testing is 4.52(Excellent) and score of operational field testing is 4.65 (Excellent). After all step have been finished, development of student worksheet based on problem solving valid for instruction.
