PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SDN KOTAGEDE V
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen dalam kegiatan kesiswaan, (2) pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan (PAKEM), (3) keterlibatan masyarakat, orang tua, dan Komite dalam mendukung kegiatan kesiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, guru, Komite Sekolah, dan anggota serta orang tua peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yng meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen telah diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kesiswaan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan. SDN Kotagede V telah melaksanakan PAKEM dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. SDN Kotagede V telah melibatkan Peran Serta Masyarakat (PSM) dalam kegiatan kesiswaan dengan menggali dukungan, tenaga, pikiran, dan dana. Ketiga pilar MBS telah terlaksana di SDN Kotagede V dalam kegiatan kesiswaan.

Abstract
This research aims at finding out: (1) the implementation of management in the development of student activities, (2) the implementation of active, creative, effective, and fun learning (PAKEM), (3) the involvement of communities, parents, and school committe in supporting student activities. This research used qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the headmaster, teachers, school committe, and members of the committe as well as parents of the students. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used Miles and Huberman models that include data reductions, data presentations, and conclusions. The data validity used technique and source triangulation. The results shows that management has been applied in the development of student activities through planning, organization, leadership, and supervision. SDN Kotagede V has conducted PAKEM by implementing active, creative, effective, and fun learning. SDN Kotagede V has implemented community participation (PSM) in the development of student activities by gaining supports, energies, thoughts, and funds. The three pillars of MBS have been implemented in SDN Kotagede V in developing student activities.
